When you request a shipping cost estimate, we collect comprehensive information about your goods, such as weight, volume, and value. Based on this information, we provide you with an accurate quote. However, we will make a final price fix only after we receive your goods at our warehouse in China. We carefully verify the accuracy of all information you provided us with during the initial pricing calculation. You can rest assured that the price we quote will remain the same and won't change.
We declare everything we transport, eliminating any customs-related issues. However, please note that we cannot assist with specific categories of goods, including weapons, food, pharmaceuticals, and top-brand products.
We prioritize your privacy and that of your suppliers and never share your information with third parties. We respectfully decline any requests for client or supplier information.
We want to assure you that your cargo is insured from the moment it arrives at our warehouse in China until it reaches its destination in Ukraine. Our team of in-house staff and dedicated warehouses in both countries allow us to maintain a seamless flow of our business processes and easily monitor the integrity of your cargo. However, in the unlikely event of minor damage, we will fully compensate you and offer a discount.
We carefully plan our shipments by consolidating the cargo at specialized warehouses, loading it onto our containers, and dispatching it to the destination. All import containers are unloaded in Poland. Thanks to our tight shipping schedules, we offer only optimized solutions, ensuring reliable delivery from China.
