When you are just starting to work with China, you have many questions. We will advise you in detail. We will explain how the price is formed, what are the alternatives for the delivery of your cargo (goods), we will talk about possible pitfalls, and you will be able to make the right decision, how and with whom to work.
We don't underestimate the terms to convince you to work with us and we don't overestimate them to play it safe. We set the terms as they are - 60 days, because we have everything set up and it works like a Swiss watch.
We automatically inform you about the status of your cargo, or provide such information at your request.
When you contact us for shipping cost calculations, we ask you for detailed information about the product (weight, volume, price) and give you the cost. We fix the price only after the goods arrive at our warehouse in China. There, we check everything once again based on the fact, if the information you gave us, when calculating the price, was correct - the price will not change.
We declare everything we transport, so there are no problems with customs. Unfortunately, we will not be able to help with the following categories of goods: weapons, food, medical preparations, top brands.
We do not share information about your supplier or about you in general. Therefore, if you or anyone else asks us to share any information about any of our customers or suppliers, we will politely decline.
The cargo is insured from the moment we receive it from our warehouse in China until it arrives in Ukraine.
The presence of our own staff and personal warehouses in Ukraine and China gives us the opportunity to work according to our business processes. So we can easily control the integrity of the cargo. Even if something is slightly damaged, we will compensate you in full and give you a discount.
All transportation is carefully planned. Cargoes are regularly consolidated in specialized warehouses, shipped in their own consoles and sent to their destination. Dismantling of all imported consoles is carried out in Poland. Due to our tight shipping schedule, we offer only optimized solutions that guarantee reliable delivery from China.
We encountered difficulty in transporting cargo that contained a variety of unpackaged goods. These goods were difficult to sort and transport due to their non-standard nature. The cargo included items of various shapes and sizes, which made transportation a challenging task.
To resolve the issue, we took a couple of steps. Firstly, we used strapping to secure the various items and ensure their stability during transportation. Secondly, we repackaged heavy goods into sturdy and secure boxes to ensure their integrity and protection from damage.
The most crucial step was implementing a sorting system that allowed efficient packaging and delivery of the diverse cargo.
