'Direct purchase from China' service

The 'Direct purchase from China' service by Difright allows customers to buy goods stress-free from popular Chinese online platforms, including Alibaba, Taobao, 1688, and others.

One issue our customers may encounter is needing an Alipay account to purchase from Chinese online platforms. However, Alipay accounts are only available for Chinese residents or individuals with a Chinese phone number and a Chinese Unipay bank card.

The 'Direct purchase from China' service by Difright consists of the following stages:

• Completing an order from your side. You simply send us a link to the desired product at this stage.
• We are taking care of your purchase. At this stage, we are communicating with the supplier, clarifying all the details and possible questions from your side, asking for photos and amounts of the product available, defining the shipment terms from the supplier to our warehouse, and, eventually, passing this information to you for a final agreement.
• In the third stage, we calculate the price for the 'Direct purchase from China' service, which is about 10% of the product price without delivery fees.

The 'Direct purchase from China' service price is calculated as follows:

The cost of the product you want to buy (in RMB) + 10% of the product cost + the fee for the shipment within the territory of China = the total amount for 1 item of the product/link (recalculated in US dollars).
