How is it calculated?
For regular and active clients, 2% of the invoice amount; 5% one-time, for clients who expressed a desire to cooperate with us long and happily starting from November 20, namely the arrival of goods at the warehouse in China or payment of the invoice; the service is spread and calculated from the amount of your paid invoices or the arrival of goods to the warehouse in the direction of China - Ukraine, namely for the service of delivering consolidated cargo from China to Ukraine, in percentage terms. If our current client recommends our service to their acquaintance, then in this case, they both receive a one-time 5% cashback bonus, a good incentive to refer a friend.
How to understand that the cashback has been credited?
After payment and shipment of the invoice, you will receive an email notification stating the amount of cashback and its identifier; if the cargo has not yet been delivered and you have not paid the invoice, do not worry, in this case, the invoice issued but not paid after the arrival of the cargo at the warehouse in China until the last day of January will be taken into account, you will receive an email notification stating the amount of cashback and its identifier.
How to use it?
When receiving an invoice for payment, a discount is made from your cashback balance for the invoice amount. Also, this cashback can be given to a friend or colleague by sending a written instruction to your manager about the person you want to please.
When does it not apply?
This bonus does not apply to other transport companies that buy our service, as our financial terms are already incredibly favorable and allow you to stay on the market. It cannot be used in agreements where the cashback amount is more than 20% of the invoice amount for a similar service. It does not accumulate with promotional and other special offers if they have been used (additional discount or other perks under the identifier, bonus from the referral program). After the end of 2 months from the accrual date, the duration of action: 2 months from the accrual date, if for any particularly important reason you need to extend the validity period, just tell your manager about it, within 24 hours, we will make the necessary changes to your balance.
